End of August Friday Favorites

Happy Friday, friends! It’s an even better Friday than usual as we head into a long weekend. We really need this as we returned home from our trip and ended up sick. All that aside it’s the End of August Friday Favorites!

Even though we came home with colds, I am still flying high after last week’s trip! The weather in NJ could not have been any better – a cool front had come in and highs in the 60s and low 70s had me ready to MOVE! It was glorious. We had a great time visiting family and it all went by too quickly.

On Friday we drove to Philly – just under 2 hours and a very easy drive. It was slightly warmer and sunny which made for the perfect walking around and sightseeing weather. Of course the best part was seeing our son and his wonderful girlfriend – oh and their cat Otter! I’m looking forward to going back!

This blog is a side hustle for me. I monetize it and yes, make money doing so. However, I try to balance that with my love of just sharing for the sake of sharing. And how about some cute jeans? I think the cut on these is great, they’re wide leg but not too wide and the raw hem is perfect for trimming.

There are other good sales too this weekend but I don’t have the energy to type anymore! I wish I was kidding but this cold has wiped me out.
