Friday Favorites #38

What a week my friends! I am happy to see Friday though for sure. This weekend Kim and I have another meet up planned, we are going shopping! I am looking forward to it because I almost always shop alone. Let’s get to this week’s favorites because there are some good ones! Don’t forget to link up your favorite posts of the week with The Blended Blog!

Favorite #1 This one found me. I was cleaning house and decorating for fall on Saturday when my friend Vicki called and asked if she could come by so I could see her face. Now you know what that means – she had her make up done and needed an opinion. Long story short within an hour I found myself abandoning the cleaning and decorating.  Ulta had an Estee Lauder make up artist there for the day and I just had to pay her a visit! Anyhow, she used some fabulous products on me. I am in love with this daily moisturizer! I have oily skin and had been avoiding a day time one since I didn’t need the extra oil. This one is not greasy at all, smells so great and leaves my skin so soft!

Favorite #2 The make up artist, Suewella, used two primers on me. This one is the mattifying primer and I swear it shrinks my pores. The second one gets mixed with my foundation for a smooth application. I have NEVER used two primers but I am hooked. The best part is that she did not use a powder of any type on my face. I love the look – its fresh and dewy and there’s no powder caking in the lines on my face!!!
Take a look at all the products she used on my face:

Favorite #3 A few weeks ago when I was in Ulta I picked up this inexpensive face mask. Again, it is helping to give me the look of smaller pores. If you’re looking for something to try I recommend it!

Favorite #4 Influenster recently sent me this product to try. I have never owned anything by Perricone MD because it’s pricey. I was afraid I was going to like it and guess what? I do. Ugh. But y’all it is so good! So good in fact that I am willing to purchase this on my own! My skin is smoother in the morning and feels so good!

Favorite #5 Last week Lisa talked about how good this “pasta” was.Oh my word, I tried it and it was delicious! Even my husband couldn’t believe it wasn’t really pasta. Try it for yourself! I made it with salmon for dinner the other night and it was delicious!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend my friends! Don’t forget our prompts for next week with The Blended Blog:I thank you from the bottom of my heart for stopping by today!
