It’s the middle of winter and we’re all cold. As much as I love to be bundled up and cozy, I want to look put together. Enter the need for cozy and chic knitwear. I am not alone in the quest to not only be cozy and warm but also presentable. Stylish. I need this to be the best version of myself and to be productive. How about you?
My choice for cozy and chic is this knitwear set from Target. Surprisingly it is STILL available. When the temperature drops I find myself reaching for this. Better than sweatpants, better than even leggings, these ribbed knit pants don’t cling and don’t stretch out. The sweater has a 1/4 zip, slightly puffed shoulder and elevates the look. There’s a third piece too – a tank. I haven’t worn it yet but can see myself doing so with a jacket layered on top.
Add a Shacket
Up the cozy factor with a pretty plaid, long shacket! The shacket is the perfect outerwear for this cozy and chic knitwear. This has been my go to comb for nights out with the family over the holidays. I added a beanie and my Chelsea boots on one night out and left off the beanie on another day.
Chic on a Budget
I have been seeing all kinds of knitwear sets, at all different price points. It doesn’t have to cost a fortune to look chic. One of the best ways to look more expensive on a budget is to buy neutral colors in these wallet friendly pieces. Adding accessories is another way to take a knitwear set to the next level. I never leave off earrings, a necklace, or bracelets.
