This week has been a blur. Probably because I am still dreaming of this!
Favorite #1 – THE WEDDING
They have been friends FOREVER! Madison’s mother is my oldest friend – we have known one another since elementary school and our husband’s met in college. In fact I met my husband in their wedding. Needless to say, we have taken vacations and spent holidays with them for years and years. Look at this cute picture of Nolan and Madison from years ago!
They have always been the best of friends. Over the years Nolan has gotten used to being the only boy at the party – he’s been to them all for Madison. Her tea party, slumber party, you name it! So it was only natural that he be a part of her wedding party too!
Favorite #2 Coffee Cup
This cute as a button coffee cup was given to me by my precious co-worker and friend. She purchased it from Etsy. I think this would make a great teacher gift or even a Mother’s Day gift! P.S. you can have your cup personalized, yours doesn’t have to say “Counselor Fuel”!
Favorite #3 Sephora Sale!
This tiered sale happens only twice a year so when it does it’s a great time to stock up on your favorites and/or try some new products you’ve been eyeing. Right now I am very happy with my skincare routine (found here) so I’ll be re-purchasing the already very affordable products I use. I am however, interested in trying this bronzer so I ordered the mini size. Take a look at some of the items that caught my eye!

Favorite #5 Finding something good in each day…
I have been trying to find something each day that really stands out and makes the day exceptional. On Monday, I was walking the dog after returning from dinner out with my friend. I snapped this photo and was reminded of the beauty I take for granted (especially when I am complaining about taking the dog out – I would have missed this if I wasn’t out walking her).

This weekend starts later today when I meet up with some friends for an early happy hour. No real plans on Saturday and then on Sunday we have my niece’s christening to attend.
