This Friday Favorites is all about make up! A few weeks ago I asked Chat GPT to give me a drug store make up routine. Have you ever tried this? Spoiler alert: it was fun and informative and I will definitely do it again!
Chat GPT Make Up Routine
Here’s how I got started. I opened up the app and typed in: Please give me a drug store make up routine. I was asked to upload a photo with no make up on. I quickly snapped this one – hey, it was early in the morning and I was doing this for fun!
The funny thing about the after photo Chat GPT created is that I have brown eyes. And extremely smooth skin. Ha!!!
Within seconds I had a list of cosmetics including brands and where I could buy them. There was also an after picture! A few of the products did not specify the shade or color on a few items so I asked for that information. Cheery Chat GPT was happy to oblige and answered immediately!
The products recommended included a few I already use and some new ones! I was happy to see my ELF Primer and the contour wand I use. The foundation was one I hadn’t tried and the concealer was one I hadn’t used in years. The Maybelline Fit Me loose powder was a great recommendation! This Colour Pop Eye Shadow Palette was suggested as well as this mascara, blush, highlighter, and lip color. I ordered it all but I did have to get a few things from Walmart and a few things from Amazon.
This is the after! I think it looks pretty good! I was shocked that all the colors were really a great match. There were a few favorites from the bunch and only one I didn’t like. The lip product was one I had tried previously and the formula is very drying. Chat GPT did not suggest an eyeliner nor a lipliner so I used the eye shadow to line my eyes.
