Welcome to this edition of Friday Favorites! Spring has sprung – although here in Orlando the high is only 70 degrees – that’s Florida winter weather! Today I’ve got lots of fun things to share with you so I hope you find something you love!
Friday Favorites: Spring has Sprung!
Today is more about products I have tried that I cannot seem to get enough of or that I am so excited about I just had to share.
First up is this eye balm. I heard about it on Tik Tok and immediately ordered it from Target. Let me tell you, I think this is a game changer for us mature ladies. The under eye skin that is so fragile, crepey, and dry looks SO MUCH BETTER with a little dab of this magic. You can apply it before your make up or even during the day. Mind blown.
Second in line, and I cannot even believe I am saying this…I found a new foundation – a new drug store foundation. For years I have been using the Wet n Wild foundation and I literally get compliments quite often. But this new one lasts longer and feels like I have no make up on. Again, mind blown.
Let’s talk about a super comfortable bra. I have had the good fortune to connect with Oeak on Instagram. I certainly would have never bought a bra without underwire and thought it would be supportive. I’ve also never been one to complain about an uncomfortable bra but these feel so incredible on that I do find myself reaching for them over and over again. I wear a small in these and suffice it to say, I am impressed!
I’ve made a decision about my nails. Moving forward I am only using this nail polish. It dries so quickly and there is no need for any kind of top coat or dry faster solution. It literally dries between coats! It lasts for days on my nails and does not peel off. It does chip some at the ends but I am using lighter colors and that makes it less noticeable. I’m hooked. I have it in 4 colors: Unapologetic Icon, In the Time Zone, Trick Clique, and Hands in the Air.
Even though I floss my teeth, I still feel better using a waterpik. Jodie had recommended this one some time ago. I finally replaced mine with a newer version. Basically, they get kind of gross after a year or two (or three?). But I get so much satisfaction from using it that I don’t want to be without it.
For some crazy reason I stopped using collagen in my coffee each morning. On top of hormonal changes, I believe that also contributed to my thinning hair. Well, and the alopecia that my dermatologist said I have. Anyway, I am using this brand now. They reached out to me and sent me a nice package along with a discount code KELLYANN20 to share.
