And just like that we’re ready to turn the page on another month in 2025! May was a good month for my family in many ways. A few rough patches but I’m grateful for those too. How would we ever know joy if we didn’t sometimes have pain?
Today I am sharing the best of May with you! A bit of this and that from the month. It seems to be the trademark of Friday Favorite posts and why they’re so much fun!
Best of May Friday Favorites
We kicked May off in the best of ways by celebrating our son’s graduation! How happy was my heart having my family together? So. Very. Happy. He is now getting ready to travel to Japan for a few weeks with friends and will start his job in August.
I got a bit spoiled seeing our older son in both April and May. I miss having him close by terribly. We just may have to plan a trip to Philly this summer.
A favorite from May was having an opportunity to collaborate with Aerosoles on Instagram. In return for posting about my favorite Aersoloes they gifted me a pair of shoes! I chose this pair and let me tell you, they are so good! Definitely a favorite! They are 35% off right now!
In March I won a Kohl’s gift card at a fundraiser I attended. I found my new favorite summer bag! I had been eyeing this one from JCrew but at a fraction of the cost, this one checks all the boxes!
I was going to share my favorite purchase from May but I couldn’t pick one. I’ve worn my pants from Quince several times, the blue linen dress from BRF several times, and the white shirt too. I’ve also worn the denim vest multiple times. So basically they are all favorites!
May was a good month for us and I am looking forward to June! Tonight we have dinner plans with two of my very best friends and I can hardly wait. My birthday is Tuesday and I took Monday and Tuesday off to go visit another one of my besties at the beach. I am feeling blessed to have great friends in my life, ladies I’ve been friends with for years! So when I am asked what I want to do for my birthday, it’s this: spend time with people I love who love me right back.
