It was my turn to choose a theme for this month with my Ageless Style friends and being the creative person I am (not) I came up with dressing for Valentine’s Day! You didn’t see that coming did you? I figure if I can’t win you over based on charm alone I can score points with creative themes #exceptifailed.

Of course dressing for Valentine’s Day depends on what your plans include. If I still worked in an elementary school I’d wear this cute graphic tee (I’m wearing a medium) . It’d be sure to get lots of oohs and ahhs from my sweet students. This graphic tee would be fantastic for a day of errands or casual plans. The message is one I can get behind too so I think it would be great to wear beyond February 14.

We don’t normally get all dressed up – that is so not my jam. I prefer wearing something comfortable but cute and put together, that is basically my style mantra. I ordered this dress as an option for our dinner out. It’s not in-your-face-red but the red wine color is still in keeping with the Valentine’s theme. It’s a little on the short side so I’m wearing OTK boots now but would wear leggings with it for a different option.You should know that I ordered this dress at the same time I ordered the blue tiered dress. Since that one was perfection I kept it and returned this one.
Now for the star of my Valentine’s line up, this jumpsuit! I love the fit, the color, the price – perfect for Valentine’s and even Christmas. Not that red only needs to be worn for those holidays but I like to justify purchases. I’m actually planning to wear it to a birthday party later this month! Since it has short sleeves it will work in summer too!

When I wear red it feels like my feet just scream “Please add leopard!” so I usually do. Happy feet, happy life, right? Well, something like that! This jumpsuit has a simple button in the back – no zipper so very easy to get on and off for trips to the restroom (I’m wearing a medium btw). It comes in 8 colors including a cropped version that is currently calling my name! It reminds me of my absolute favorite romper from last summer.
