Today’s post is a round up of things I have in my cart right now from several different retailers. They’re all affordable and I’ll explain why I chose them. Who knows? Maybe my sharing will help you if these are things you might be interested in as well.

What’s In My Cart Right Now

It all started when I was thinking of Mother’s Day gift ideas, well at least partly. Then there was a coupon involved and then I realized my white tee was looking a bit dingy. The only purchases I made this week – or am about to make – are from Target, Walmart, and Ulta.

In My Cart at Ulta

Even though the Sephora sale is in full swing, I have been wearing so many drug store products I haven’t needed to shop it. Most of my products have come from Target or Ulta. A $10 off $40 purchase was enough to make me shop Ulta.

My very favorite lip combo lately has been this Maybelline lip crayon in the color Lead the Way topped off with this plumping lipgloss in Soft Rose. The combo is beautiful and I get compliments on it often! I have been loving my Elf Primer and have repurchased it a few times. Now they’ve introduced a new one with Niacinamide and I cannot wait to try it! Niacinamide freshens dull skin and adds brightness.

Walmart Purchases

For years I never gave much thought to pajama preferences, I mean really, it was all function and nothing more. But as I have gotten older (and wiser) I realize there are certain types I prefer. My very favorite brand is Print Fresh. They are pricey but the cotton poplin is amazing and the prints are too. I usually treat myself when they go on sale.

Well…I heard about the Joy Spun brand at Walmart. Apparently they have some poplin cotton styles and they come highly recommended. I ordered two pair and they are set to arrive this weekend. I cannot wait to report back and I HOPE they live up to the hype!

Target Purchases

The white tee I wore here is 2 years old and needs to be replaced. It’s one I’ve been enjoying and I was happy to see it was still available. I bought it not only in white but two shades of pink too. Although I prefer a v-neck most of the time, the strong shoulder on this tee helps balance my large chest.

Another Target purchase came by way of sale I couldn’t pass up. I’ve been using one old Air Pod that was a cast off of my son’s. I decided it was time to snag a pair of brand new ones while they were on sale for under $100.
