Next week is Thanksgiving, what are you wearing? I’ll be in Greece so for the first time in my life, Thanksgiving will look very different for me. But the dress I am sharing today would make a great Thanksgiving outfit or beyond! Without further adieu, I bring you this Thanksgiving Outfit Idea featuring a faux leather dress. Thanksgiving Outfit Idea: Faux Leather Dress
This faux leather dress is from Walmart! I know, you don’t believe it, do you? But it is. It comes in brown and in black. I ordered both colors, a small in brown and a medium in black. The dress is from the Sofia Vergara line – her line is so good! It’s 45″ in length and comes in sizes XS-2XL. It has a great amount of stretch to it and zips up the back. The size small fit me best.
How to Style a Faux Leather Dress
If you live in a warm climate like I do, wear the dress on its own. Throw on a heel and add some accessories – easy peasy! Believe it or not, I forgot to grab a still photo in the dress on Saturday. I made a reel, and then shot stills. Ugh! Head to my Instagram to see it!
Add a layer under the dress for a bit more modesty. I like adding this HalfTee. It ‘a mock neck style with a long sleeve. Personally, I find the Half Tee the best for layering under something. By adding a blazer and you can not only wear this faux leather dress for Thanksgiving but it could be worn to work! A little edgy yes, but t definitely makes a statement!

A cropped cardigan in cream looks great with the brown. This cardigan is from Loft, it’s so soft and cozy!
If a denim jacket is more your vibe, throw it on over this dress. This denim jacket is belted, it’s several years old but this one is very similar.
