Seasonal Styles at JCrew Factory

Welcome to this week’s edition of Fashion Files! Now that we are officially in holiday mode it’s the perfect time to share seasonal styles from JCrew Factory. I stopped in to my local store about a week ago and tried on so many cute things! Read to the end to see what came home with me!

I was so happy when JCrew Factory opened a store near me almost 2 years ago. I’ve long admired their classic and preppy styles, high quality, and prices that are better than JCrew. With my arms loaded, I headed to the fitting room!

I brought my tripod with me and took these photos. My apologies for the fact that you cannot see the full outfit. Sometimes made a reel for IG and snapped these photos in between. What can I say except I need a larger fitting room.

First up, this beautiful sweater. It also comes in black but the gold metallic thread really stood out with this color. It was so soft!

This little tartan plaid skirt was so cute. I thought it was fun with the cocktail tee and when I draped the green sweater over my shoulders it felt finished.

The cute cocktail tee and these black pull on pants made for a casual chic outfit. I loved these pants! They have elastic at the back but look like trousers elsewhere. Great for work but they’d also work casually.

It may be hard to tell but this button up has rhinestone bows throughout. It’s understated but elegant. The light wash cropped denim felt so good I bought them!

To really drive home the holiday style I threw the green sweater over my shoulders. Honestly, such a great way to accessorize!

This is the cutest Christmas look! Oh did I love it! If I was still working outside of the home I would have bought this shirt in a heartbeat. But my guess is that I’d only wear it once before Christmas so it was hard to justify. But it is darling and there is that green sweater again! This darker denim was so cute too. I really like JCrew Factory denim- again great fit AND quality!

The verdict? I wanted everything! The reality? I bought the light colored jeans, a button down that I didn’t try on since I knew it would fit. As much as I love all the holiday and seasonal styles, I don’t have the room to store them.

Note: the wig wore so well during the try on! I think I am hooked, no more fussing with my hair and no more bad hair days.
