Last week I shared two different looks featuring my blue, bell sleeve top. I’m back today with a third, and I might add my favorite look! This one will be perfect when things start to cool down or the air conditioning at school works consistently. You won’t believe this but it was 93 degrees at 6am last Wednesday morning! I kid you not. And the air conditioning gets turned off at our school every night (and all weekend) and doesn’t come on again until about 6am the following morning. We spend a good part of the day waiting to cool off. And forget Monday mornings, it’s bedlam! Needless to say I am in no hurry to wear pants any time soon! But when I’m ready I’ll reach for these magenta flame beauties! My bell sleeve blouse (similar blouse )works well with these cropped pants from Macy’s. They are under $23! Of course I am wearing my new shoes and a blue necklace.
These pants are pretty terrific. They are pull on pants! Isn’t that crazy? But they are super comfortable and have enough stretch to pull on and still hold their shape if that makes sense. The price is right too at under $23!
Remember how I shared that as long as I wore a dark bra with my top it wasn’t see through? Yeah, well, you may notice that in these pictures I’m wearing a nude bra. Oops! I won’t make that mistake again, lol.
Lately there’s been a lot of talk about transition outfits. For me, this is about as transition as I can really get. I’ll wear something like this until a cold front comes through and I need to temporarily wear something warmer. So if you’re like me in a very warm climate, check these pants out. They work now and they’ll work with boots later. I can’t wait to wear them with a black sweater or tunic and tall black boots! I’ll blend in with my office, hahahaha!!!
You’ve seen so much of this bell sleeve blouse (similar) now, are you feeling like you need one? Did you take advantage of the sale at Loft last week? How about my wedges, are you ready to give them a try? I’ll tell you how comfortable they are – on Monday (the first day of school) I went to the movies in the evening. After a long, hot day at school I came home and changed and it felt so good to slip on these beauties! They are seriously the most comfortable wedges I’ve ever owned. And guess what? Last Friday we were at the funeral of our best friend’s father and you know what? Our friend’s 20 year old, college student niece was wearing the very same wedges! See? I am super cool! Cue the eye roll from my son!
Thanks so much for stopping by, it’s always a pleasure to hear from you! Here’s hoping your Wednesday is wonderful and you get your shop on!

Kellyann
