It’s time to come clean about my Prime Purchases for this month. I am linking up with my friend Tanya for what I consider the best link party around. If you read my Friday post then you know I am tracking my spending this year in an attempt to make smarter shopping choices. I must really be on to something because my Prime purchases for January are reflective of some major behavior changes #cuemyhusbanddoingahappydance

I almost miss the fun of opening packages and seeing the delivery truck out in front of our house but I am also really happy that I am resisting impulse purchasing. Enough of that, let’s see what made it into my home this month!
Prime Purchase #1
My first Prime purchase was this set of storage containers. I had high hopes but these disappointed me and were promptly returned. Instead I found these and love them!

Prime Purchase #2
Prime Purchase #2 had to be bought since my husband gifted me one for Christmas and really should have purchased 2! But this hot pink bison skull looks amazing on my dining room wall. Not for everyone but definitely for me!
Prime Purchase #3
Remembering passwords is not my strong suit and I began jotting them down in a little notebook a few years ago. However, that in and of itself became a major pain because I was not organized. When Megan from Honey We’re Home shared this little gem, I didn’t think twice. It’s small, convenient and so far has kept me on track with passwords.
Prime Purchase #4
Our son bought this ice scraper for his car – when I saw it on our list of orders I was shocked until I remembered that, duh, Nashville has snow!
Prime Purchase #5
My friend Leslie shared this Prayer Journal and I ordered it immediately. It contains 52 weeks of scripture, daily devotionals, and a place to write your prayers. It’s been a great addition to my quiet time and I love being able to go back and look at my prayers.
Prime Purchase #6
This eyeshadow palette is a steal at under $6. I saw a YouTuber recommend it and knew I had nothing to lose. The colors are great and it has ideas of how to wear them as well where to place them.
Prime Purchase #7
My younger son is finishing his architecture degree, so I am assuming he ordered these for school. I need to ask him when I see him what he is doing with all of this colored paper.
Prime Purchase #8
I FINALLY convinced my husband that storing the Christmas tree in a bag was preferable to a box. He ordered this one and I could not be happier. The fact that it has soft sides and stores more easily was what caught my attention.

Prime Purchase #9
This was a total splurge, but this pretty mat for drying our dishes will add a pop of color and whimsy to my kitchen. My heart is pitter pattering lately over all things chinoiserie.
That wraps up January purchases for me. As we head into February, I will be wearing my previously purchased Valentine’s graphic tee. Honestly, I feel kind of funny wearing it so I’ll have to determine if it’s something I want to keep or not.

One of my favorite items from Amazon was something I purchased in December, this jewelry organizer! As I continue to purge items I no longer need, I cannot forget about jewelry. My hope is to keep only as much as this will hold!
Another favorite of mine from more than a year ago is this sweater, (this one is less expensive)It is still available and I just love the leopard sleeves. I typically opt for a v-neck but the design on this one keeps it from being boring. I especially like it with a gingham shirt underneath.

What have you been Priming lately?
