It’s time for the final Friday Favorites of July! Can you believe August is just days away? Glad you’re joining me for a crazy, all over the place list of favorites. There’s no theme today, just a mish mosh of things I am enjoying! Of course I’m linking up with these ladies:
I subscribe and read so many blogs and every now and again one really strikes a chord with me. Last week Jodies’s post on building a blog found here was chock full of good info – have you read it yet? I had to pin it so I can go back and spend more time reading and implementing.
I am enjoying finding delicious, healthy recipes that support my mission to lose weight. I am a member of the #Midlifebloggingcommunity (how the heck am I a midlifer already?) and I found this recipe in our Facebook group. I can easily tweak this to make it extremely low in WW Smart Points. I cannot wait to make it – most likely this weekend!
I am a big make up fan and I love wearing it! What I don’t love is cleaning my brushes – well I should say cleaning my brushes used to be something I didn’t love because now I don’t mind at all! My friend Lisa turned me on to this brush cleaner. I had my doubts but it truly works! I’m going to demo it LIVE today on my Instagram stories because it is really fantastic! I’ve tried other cleaners but this one is by far the best! Tune in and you’ll hear me ramble on and on discuss what I love about it!
Last weekend while returning an Amazon order at Kohl’s I happened upon this sweet pink blazer. I am in love! The ruched sleeves and the cropped length combined with my favorite color? Yes, please! It’s juniors sizing and I am wearing a large for reference. I wore it yesterday with my a skirt and these wedges.
My favorite 14 year old (my niece!) plays Lacrosse and is amazing! She’s on a team that travels and last week they got to play in the big Capital Cup tourney in Maryland. It was only for high school players but they let her play because she’s that good and just finished middle school. She’s the one jumping!
Did you see my second box from Fashom this week? The pieces I kept are definitely favorites, especially this one (similar).
That’s a wrap for this week. I don’t have any earth shattering plans this weekend – I usually don’t – ha! No matter what I always look forward to sleeping in and taking it easy. I hope you do the same and make this weekend a great one!
