For the Love of Target

You know how I mentioned I wasn’t going to buy anything since the end of the school year is near? Yeah, well, oops, I blew it. It all started because I had my yearly mammogram and sonogram last Thursday. I felt like popping into Target afterwards to do a little research for the blog. The rest is history because I found the sweetest gingham print dress and a top I fell in love with. It didn’t hurt that I had 2 gift cards and saved 5% with my Redcard either!

This is dress is just as sweet as can be, I mean, who doesn’t love gingham? And such a classic cut with the full skirt. Wear it with sandals, tennies, or heels. Pop on a cardigan or denim jacket with it now and wear it bare armed later (or if it’s 94 degrees where you live like it is here just scrap any additional layers). And size down in this one; I am wearing an XS, I normally always get a medium at Target. The best part is that the dress is 20% off right now with code MERONA20! It comes in under $25!  Seriously go get this dress and then thank me later! Shop the dress here!

I love this dress too! Check out the sleeves and the color!  Wouldn’t it be perfect to wear for Mother’s Day, graduation parties, and other Spring events?  Love, love, love!

This fabulous pink top from Target is just what I had in mind when I mentioned buying convertible tops awhile back. I know, sounds like I’m talking cars here but I’m not. Convertible simply means they can be worn on or off the shoulder. When I shopped at Macy’s about a month ago I really liked a hot pink convertible top but not the $59 price tag. Then one day while I was perusing Target’s website I found this gem. And of course it was under $25 with my Red Card discount and free shipping! I have not seen it in any of my local Target stores, only online. My advice to you is scoop it up!

Check out these adorable heels ! * I’m not sure why the link is not working and only takes you to the Target website, I tried and tried, ugh! They are terrific! They are called Esther and they are by Sam & Libby and they’re under $35 – really they look soooooooo expensive. I tried them on in store as well and I loved them. Since I am still technically in shoe prison thanks to my podiatrist I didn’t buy them yet. But I have a feeling they’ll make their way into my closet soon!

Have you been to Target lately?  So much goodness and such good prices, take advantage of the extra 20% off Merona clothing with the code MERONA20 when shopping online.  That’s what’s in This Blonde’s Shopping Bag today, what’s in yours?

Fashionably,

Kellyann
