It’s been a hot minute since I’ve published a Friday Favorites post. With today being my last day of work before the holiday break, I am in a particularly festive mood! This is when I pull out all the stops and we have a weekend packed with Christmas fun!

While we’re at it, let me share how I wrap presents with you because seeing these beautiful packages under the tree is definitely a Christmas favorite! First, I always use either the same wrapping paper for all of our presents or coordinating paper. It makes for a much more streamlined process and I have less waste. I buy wired ribbon and often reuse it year after year. I use a very simple method for tying a bow but what it makes it look extra special is the ornament! I buy these ornaments at Dollar Tree and affix them to my packages. Its an easy way to add a little extra to the gifts!

My sparkly bag and fancy shoes are making their debut this weekend! First at the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert on Saturday afternoon and then later that night at a holiday dinner.

To go along with my festive mood, sparkly shoes, and bag is my red lip color and nail polish. Whether I wear red, green, black, white/cream, or blue – the red lip and nail polish works.
