Double O’s – Olive and Oxblood

I have to admit I did it again. I’m back to my thiefy thieving. On Thursday a cold front blew through and we woke up to chilly temperatures. That meant it was time to bust out the boots and layers! I also decided it was the perfect time to pair oxblood and olive! Take a look: #oxbloodandolive
The truth of the matter is I have had these clothing pieces for some time – the pants are a year old but the blouse and vest are several. Never had I thought to wear them together until FONDA from Savvy Southern Chic did it! See? I’m thieving again. Take a look at her outfit:burgundy-and-oliveGenius, right? These colors are fabulous together! I added a vest and tall boots.burgundy-and-oliveburgundy-and-olive And once again thank you the blogging world I have a new to me outfit that didn’t cost a thing! The best news is that most of the items I am wearing are still available. This blouse is a wardrobe staple for sure. At under $25 it’s affordable and wears so well. It comes in a bunch of colors and is tunic length. I own it in three or four colors. You’ll want one for yourself because it really is the perfect roll tab blouse. There’s no guess work with the sleeves – they stay put. These utility pants are on sale, mine are a year old – they fit true to size. They are stretchy and comfy and are terrific dressed up or down. My cargo vest is old but this one is similar and this one is on sale and available in plus sizes. #oxbloodandoliveI am so happy it was cool enough on Friday to wear these boots (c/o Jambu). They are the perfect color and so comfortable. I was also happy that the handbag I’ve been using worked so well with this look too! Mine is no longer available (it actually goes in and out of stock quite often) but this one is similar.

Here are some other handbags I love – including my leopard clutch and my look alike Chloe bag:
