Cutest $10 Dress & Weekend Wrap Up

Let’s get to the good stuff, shall we? The cutest little $10 dress arrived at my house earlier than expected and it’s worth sharing. I imagine this would be perfect for your 4th of July festivities – just add a pair of blue earrings or maybe even a blue hair tie and voila – patriotic perfection!

The dress features faux embroidery, pockets, and such a sweet shoulder ruffle. I am wearing a size medium for reference and could totally have worn a small – it is very roomy!

How I’ve managed to live 53 years without owning navy blue earrings remains a mystery but I found some cute ones for you to peruse! The sparkly sandals more than make up for the lack of blue accessories – why not add something sparkly to your casual ensemble?

If you haven’t noticed, I am enjoying taking pictures on my patio. It’s nice to take my sunglasses off, be in some shade, and have a little privacy. Pretty sure the neighbors aren’t missing me prance around on the street so it’s a win-win for everyone!

Weekend Wrap Up

Friday

Friday started like any other Friday except rather than attending the 5:30am bootcamp class I went to the 6:30am class. I worked and then met two friends for lunch at Panera, these are two women I worked with at Weight Watchers and it was great to catch up. I Facetimed with my son Nolan on the way home. He’s such a doll and I just love when he calls me! We had charcuterie for dinner then played cards. I just love a dinner that involves zero mess!

Saturday

Saturday found us embarking on another adventure with our friends. Last month we purchased tickets to see an Eagles tribute band, The Long Run. They were performing at a venue about 45 minutes away so we decided to make a day of it and explore the area. Lunch at a diner, antique and vintage market shopping, the show, dinner, and then finally ice cream summed up our day – we had a blast! The show was amazing, this band sounded so good!

Sunday

Sunday was a lazy day! It was rainy and overcast. I did laundry, worked on the blog, and ran a few errands including the grocery store. Needless to say I am ready for the week ahead!

Did you do anything fun this weekend?
