Just like that it’s Friday again! Woo hoo! It’s also a long weekend for those of us who are off for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day! Today I decided to share a few cozy favorites since it’s actually been cold here in FL! This girl is so happy!
Cozy Friday Favorites
There is nothing like a fire burning in my fireplace! This gives me all the cozy vibes. Of course a great candle adds to the charm. Right now, I am burning Leaves – one of my favorites!
When it’s cold out I really want to curl up on the couch with a good book, a warm drink, and lounge around in my pajamas. But I always feel better when I wear actual clothes so…this is the next best thing! I love these sweatpants – the color is vibrant and fun since Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Of course I’ve been wearing these comfy and cozy boots too!

Last but not least, this has NOTHING to do with being cozy but it does warm my heart. You may know we lost our sweet girl Sophie back in December, 2023. It was awful, honestly one of the most heartbreaking losses I’ve experienced (and I have had a few doozies). Anyway, long story short, someone I know paints water colors of pets. I sent her a photo of our sweet girl and got this! It will be framed and hang on our wall. I’ve included Lynne’s contact information if you’re interested.
This was the photo I sent Lynne. Isn’t it amazing? Gosh, I miss my girl. This picture was taken back in 2019. That was a tough year – I lost my dad and my niece. Now my sweet Sophie is gone and my son lives in Philadelphia. So many changes in midlife!!
