Happy Wednesday and Happy Veteran’s Day to all my US friends! I hope that today you stop and give pause to reflect on the sacrifices so many of our service men and women have made for our country. There are so many things I feel I can empathize with others about but the one thing I cannot do is put myself in the shoes of a soldier. I just can’t imagine. And then to come home and rejoin society. Again, I cannot imagine. What I can do is offer up my prayers and give thanks.

Today I bring you a few more options for styling camouflage pants. you might recall my previous post, but today I have a few other options. Honestly, there is nothing you can’t do with camo!
Pairing Camo with Brights
Whether you are doing bright on the top or the bottom, camo looks great! I am particularly enjoying the darker shade in my new camo pants with the saturated hot pink in this sweater.

I am also enjoying the v-neck of this sweater, a must for those of us with larger chests. The v-neck also provides an opportunity to add a little more interest when you layer it with a tank or cami. I am wearing it in a medium but need a small, the balloon sleeves would be more evident if the fit was better.

Pairing Camo with a Neutral Cardigan
Pairing camo with neutrals is an easy and safe way to dress. I wore this on Sunday for a big outing to Target – to pick up an online order. Neutral doesn’t have to be boring, I like adding fun accessories like a hat and big earrings.

This is a great time to shop some of these pieces because Target has 20% clothing right now and BOGO 50% off shoes! Take a peek at some excellent options:
My favorite post from last week was How to Look Expensive on a Budget by LaMoumous. Is she not the epitome of elegance?
