Happy 1st of April friends! With the Sephora beauty sale just beginning, I thought this was a great time to share some beauty favorites with you! As per usual, there are different access dates for the sale depending on your level in the rewards program. Rouge members can start shopping today, VIB members can start shopping on 4/5, and Insiders on 4/7. The sale ends on 4/11 and with the code: SAVESPRING Rouge members save 20%, VIB 15%, and Insiders 10%. Now those discounts may not seem like much, however, many of these brands never go on sale except when Sephora offers this event twice a year. It’s a great time to stock up on products you use regularly and try some new ones!

Beauty Favorites: Skin Care
I am not one to buy expensive skin care products UNLESS I am buying them directly from my dermatologist. But I do believe that no matter where you buy your products, and how much you pay, consistency is key. The Ordinary makes the products I love and they are available at Sephora. These are so affordable that they are usually excluded from the sale BUT they are definitely a favorite of mine. I have not been disappointed in anything I’ve tried from the line. You might remember when I shared my skin care routine here. I am still using it!
Other skin care worth mentioning, this lip mask from Laneige. It is always on my bedside table and I apply it just about every night. If you are serious about stepping up your ant-aging regime, this device may be just what you need to add to your arsenal.
Beauty Favorites: Make Up
Since I started wearing tinted sunscreen daily and of course, thanks to my skincare, I have not been wearing foundation. Every once in awhile I do but I end up going back to a BB cream, or powder for a lighter, more natural look. After hearing about this, I purchased it and can say I like it. It does a good job on my oily skin and large pores. It’s a hybrid foundation, Beauty Blur Balm (boy that’s a mouthful).
Everyone loves Charlotte Tilbury and I do too. The Flawless Filter is something I have used in the past, and the setting spray is on my list to try. I have used the Airbrush powder as well but I don’t think it is worth the money for me. I have two of her lipsticks and after years of resisting the pressure, I am now a firm lover of her iconic lip color, Pillow Talk. I think this has more to do with the fact that my hair is darker now – when it was so blonde, I looked washed out. Have you tried it?
Natasha Denona eye palettes are all the rage right now so this is a great time to grab one. I have my eye on one of these smaller palettes.
My favorite bronzer is this one from Tarte. I use the color Park Ave Princess. It is waterproof as well and can be used on your body as well. I love this palette too – it has contour, highlight, and bronzer along with a great brush.
Since I started watching many over 50 YouTubers, I am earning that the brand Kosas makes some pretty terrific products as well. Specifically their eyebrow gel and this powder.
Beauty Favorites: Hair Products
Olaplex is loved by many. So is Oribe texturizer. The T3Airebrush Duo would make a great Mother’s Day gift, don’t you think? These products are loved by so many and have a cult following. I have my eye on these volumizing hot rollers – hey, I need all the help I can get!
Beauty Favorites: Major Steal 30% 0ff
I might be most excited by the sale offered on the already affordable Sephora Collection. I honestly love the eye palette I bought in February. It is so affordable, the eyeshadows are the perfect neutrals for me and I don’t notice a ton of fall out.
The lip liners are a favorite of mine too. They glide on easily and come in so many colors. I also like the lip plumper too.
This brush set looks like a must have and at 30% off it’s a steal!
