Just When I Think I’m Done

Seriously just when I think I’m done shopping I see a sale too good to pass up. Maybe you are like me and after the holidays you are shopped out. Even though this is one of the best times of the year to scoop up deals I had resigned myself to the fact that I needed NOTHING and therefore would not be shopping. In fact, just last week I went to the mall with my son and was so proud of myself for leaving with only one thing. But darn it all, Loft got me again.

In case you missed it, they are offering an additional 60% off already reduced items. So basically they are giving things away. You believe that unless you are my husband who also doesn’t believe it when I say, “it’s like they’re paying me to shop basically.” Mmm hmm, he’s a skeptic but that’s no fun. Shopping and getting great deals is lots of fun!

Take a look at these great deals, including three of the tops I wore non-stop in October:

When you look at those pieces, keep in mind that an additional 60% off is applied with NO CODE whatsoever at check out. See what I mean? You’re getting things for free, practically. I’m not sure when the sale is over but if you see something you like, go for Shipping is free once you spend $125 but I ordered two pieces and paid the $8.95 shipping. I figured since I was getting items I really liked and paying less than half price by adding in the shipping cost I was still coming out ahead. Okay, I know that’s girl math at it’s finest but it totally makes sense to me!

So, what are you waiting for? Go ahead and get your shop on!

XO,
Kellyann

Well I’m curious to know what two gorgeous pieces have lured you.
Oh beautiful lady of the Floridian kind, I understand your maths and feel your frustration at the same time. Hubby is a qualified accountant AND was once described by a doctor friend, into such things, as having the double sceptic gene. So you can imagine what a uphill battle I have putting across perfectly rational justifications for shopping such as yours! We are sistas in battle!
Good luck with the new job and hiding your latest delivery from your OH! X.

Mary, I think our husbands share the double skeptic gene, I tell him all the time he needs to lighten up, he’s always doom and gloom and I’m all sunshine and shopping bags!!! Hahahahaha!
I bought a beautiful blush pink sweater with cute sleeves and an OTS striped sweater. I tried but could not find either online – maybe they sold out? I’m hoping they come quickly so I can do a post with them.
It’s funny my friend was just telling my husband the other night that he should have been an accountant and he would have made a good one – that man can crunch some numbers! Normally at Christmas he gives me a spreadsheet to use as I shop so I can keep track of what I’ve spent from the budget he’s set aside. That’s all too much work for me.
Yes, we are sistas in a battle, thank goodness I’m in such good company!

That is a pretty good deal! I was at the mall today with my kids… and, well… we went in all of the stores they love (and my daughter got her ears pierced finally! eek!), but… none of the stores I love. Sigh. 😉 I just love that top you got recently in the first photo.

Ears pierced, wow!!!! That’s a big step, I’ll bet she’s super excited. My son likes to shop without me staying too close so I give him a break and go into stores I like, lol. It was still so warm last week and all the stores had heavy sweaters. I was thrilled to see Loft had so many lightweight options online. The sale is so good I hate it, hahaha!!

I told myself I wasn’t going to buy anything this month – but the sales are SO good! I always tell my husband “it’s practically free”! Love that gingham top on you!

I knew I wasn’t the only who tries to get her husband on board with girl math! What’s with them anyway, can’t they understand that? Lol! Thanks Lana!!!

LOFT has the best sales! I got some cute things at J.Crew Factory where they had 50-60% off too! I love end of year sales!

I know, right?! These sales are all so crazy good. I can usually ignore them when it’s all cold weather clothes but as long as there are some lightweight pieces I’m in!
