Friday Favorites – Hello December!

Favorite #1 Andrea’s Reindeer Mule

My dear friend Andrea always puts together delicious recipes and drinks too! She has a YouTube channel called the Yeti Bartender and recently made this delicious Reindeer Mule. It’s festive and so tasty, perfect for holiday entertaining (in small groups, socially distanced, of course!). Check out her post here!

Favorite #2 New Chandelier

If I had my way, I’d have a chandelier in every room! I grabbed this one for my family room and my husband hung it last Saturday. Needless to say, I am in LOVE!

Favorite #3 Christmas Mug

Due to limited storage capacity in my kitchen, coupled with the fact that I am the only coffee drinker in the house, my coffee mug supply is sparse. I generally drink from one of two of my year round favorites. But last year I spotted this one at TJ Maxx and had to have it. I use it for the month of December only and it brings a smile to my face while I sip my morning coffee.

Favorite #4 Thanksgiving

We had a nice, low key Thanksgiving this year with our immediate family. Of course having my boys home was a favorite, especially when I noticed they sort of dressed alike (I don’t think they realized it, lol). When they were little I often dressed them alike until they started complaining. So I got a chuckle out of the fact that they both chose dark blue, long sleeve shirts!

Favorite #5 Graduation!

It’s getting real around here! Our oldest son is graduating from college on Dec. 19 – the ceremony is virtual of course but we still ordered a cap and gown. Next Friday we are headed to Gainesville for a photoshoot. I hired a photographer to take pictures of our son along with his closest friends from the last 4 years.

Favorite #6 Great Gifts from BaubleBar

I probably should have made this favorite #1 so you don’t miss it but I’ll consider it a reward for those of you who stuck it out until the end of this post, ha!! BaubleBar has some of the BEST gifts for the women in your life starting at just $10! I love BaubleBar because their jewelry is well made and does not turn, I have sworn off buying inexpensive jewelry that turns black or green after a few wears, this stuff is the real deal. Think stocking stuffers, teacher gifts, your niece, sister, aunt, neighbor, you get the drift!

Plan ahead and get the birthstone bracelets for only $10 now and gift later!

Favorite #7 Macy’s Friends and Family Sale

The Macy’s Friends and Family sale is always such a good one. Getting an extra 30% off on brands that don’t always go on sale is enough to make you stop and look. It’s usually the one time a year we stock up on clothes for my husband too. He loves these! You can also save 15% on beauty just use code: FRIEND

Hello Sasha, I love you!

Speaking of love, I love my new Walking Cradles shoes! As superficial as it may sound, I near cried when I found my new pumps to be comfortable. I honestly thought those days were over for me. I loved my first pair so much I bought another pair on Black Friday from Macy’s. They arrived on Wednesday and I wore them all afternoon. Take a look at the selection Macy’s has on sale right now!

Macy’s has cashmere on major sale and a great puffer jacket too! The sales are incredible and the discounts deep – if you are still looking for gifts this may be the perfect sale to shop!

In case you missed it this week, check out Monday’s post here and Wednesday’s post here. On Tuesday I shared my monthly Prime purchases and you can see those here.

As always, I thank you for visiting me today! I hope the weekend ahead is a good one for you and that you stay safe and healthy! I’ll see you back here on Monday!

XO,
Kellyann
